This weekend, around fifty visitors from all over Catalonia participated in the cherry harvest in Aitona as part of the Fruiturisme program, a unique experience that allows you to discover firsthand the work of the farmers, the crop cycle and the richness of our agricultural landscape.
Accompanied by expert guides and a local farmer, the participants harvested 150 kg of cherries directly from the trees and learned about the value of local produce and the agricultural tradition that defines our town.
🍷 To end the day, they enjoyed a vermouth with local products from 🐖 Cal Patenis, Pangea Chocolate 🍫, Cal Kika 🍑, Quesos Montllobé 🧀 and 'El Polvorí' vermouth from Raimat 🍸.
